NerdWallet Wealth Partners, LLC SMS/Text Messaging Terms

This section governs the SMS/text messaging program operated by NerdWallet Wealth Partners, LLC (NerdWallet Wealth Partners), a subsidiary of NerdWallet, Inc. It supplements the NerdWallet Inc. Terms of Service and applies solely to text message communications sent under the NerdWallet Wealth Partners brand.

If there is any conflict between this section and the general NerdWallet Inc. Terms of Service with respect to SMS communications from NerdWallet Wealth Partners, this section controls.

What this program is

NerdWallet Wealth Partners operates an SMS text messaging program to help users stay informed about their financial journey. By enrolling, you may receive messages such as:

• Personalized financial guidance, tips, and wealth-building insights
• Service notifications, appointment reminders, and administrative updates
• Promotional offers and information about NerdWallet Wealth Partners products and services

Messages are sent by NerdWallet Wealth Partners, a subsidiary of NerdWallet, Inc.

How you opt in

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to the NerdWallet Wealth Partners SMS program you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from or on behalf of NerdWallet Wealth Partners at the mobile number you provide.

You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

Your opt-in is voluntary

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from NerdWallet Wealth Partners or any affiliated entity. You may decline to enroll in SMS communications without affecting your access to NerdWallet Wealth Partners products or services.

What to expect and what it may cost

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, preferences, and program enrollment. You may receive several messages per week. We will not send excessive or unnecessary messages.

Message and data rates may apply. The rates charged depend on your mobile carrier and plan. For questions about your plan’s messaging rates or data charges, please contact your wireless service provider directly.

Stopping messages at any time

You may cancel your enrollment in the NerdWallet Wealth Partners SMS program at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. Following that confirmation, no further marketing or program messages will be sent to the number you opted out from.

You may also opt out by contacting us directly using the information in Section 7 below.

Rejoining the program

If you have previously opted out and wish to re-enroll in SMS communications from NerdWallet Wealth Partners, simply sign up again using the same enrollment method you used originally — for example, by opting in through the NerdWallet Wealth Partners website, app, or other designated enrollment flow.

Re-subscribing indicates renewed consent to receive messages under these terms.
